Library Loot- Latest Craziness

Library Loot is a great way to share all of the new books that you picked up at the library and is hosted by Marg and Clare.

"Latest Craziness" is right as I've been requesting books left and right lately. There are just SO many good books out there that I want to read. And with summertime upon us, I'm hoping to get the chance to sit outside and read once in awhile while the kiddos play. So I've been stocking up on books (that's my excuse anyways). Here is what I've recently picked up:

1. Rogue by Rachel Vincent
2. Aftertime by Sophie Littlefield
3. Hounded by Kevin Hearne
4. Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison
5. Ruined: A Novel by Paula Morris
6. Blood Magic by Tessa Gratton

Look at all of those pretty covers! I just want to eat them all up...LOL! Seriously though, I keep staring at them trying to figure out which book that I should read first. It's quite the struggle as I would hate to see any of these go unread back to the library. But then I look at this book and I can't help but grin:

Deadline by Mira Grant came in for me at the library this week and I seriously almost screamed I was so excited. I loved, loved, loved Feed and cannot wait to see what happens next with this trilogy. Happy days for me :)

  10. Awesome loot! I'm really looking forward to starting the Kevin Hearne series. I've also heard nothing but good things about Dragon Bound. I have the FEED audiobook on reserve and have heard Deadline is just as good!

  11. Suko- I will most definitely enjoy these books :)

Heavenisabookstore- LOL! My library doesn't smell and my kids and I usually go once a week at least. Unless I have holds that come in and then I end up going twice.

Lori- I'm so excited to read Deadline but I'm really nervous too! I'm worried that it won't live up to the huge expectations that I have for it.

Staci- You'll have to let me know what he thinks about it after he reads it. It is calling my name but I have been resisting...I'm worried that I won't enjoy it as much as I want to.

Linda- I feel like I always have a mountain of library books. It is never ending and just when I think that I am catching up, I check out more :)

Naida- Isn't that the truth? So many books....

Aths- I'm the same way! And it doesn't bother me if I don't read them all because they are free. I love the library!

Iliana- That would be lovely to just relax and read for the day. Although I'm sure I would grow tired of it after too long :)

Darlene- I love the cover for Ruined. And it sounds really good as well so I am looking forward to reading it!

Mollie- I sure hope that you enjoy Feed as much as I did! And I have heard nothing but good things about Dragon Bound as well. Sounds like we need to read it :)

Book Angel Emma- I love my library! And I'm super excited to read this book!
