I always tell you about all of the amazing books that I add to my kindle thanks to NetGalley and Edelweiss but I usually neglect to share about all of the other books that I add. Let's be real here, you have probably guessed that if I have no control on those sites then I probably have no self control when it comes to books in general. WRONG! (Ha ha....just kidding!) You would actually be right and it is so very true that I add new books to my kindle at an alarming rate. It isn't my fault that I can't resist when a book is priced at such a great rate and has been on my TBR list just calling to me. Don't ask my husband though if he agrees with me on this either. LOL! Here are some of the freebies and books that I have bought for myself recently thanks to my inability to say no:
Sigh! How could I possibly resist any of these? Just having them on my kindle makes me happy so obviously I made some good decisions. But which of these to read first? That is the real question. Tell me: do you add books to your e-reader with as much ease as I seem to? What books have you gotten recently? Do share!

E-Book Addict?
Lately I've seen a few posts (thanks Trish and Andi) in regards to all of those books that we buy for our e-readers. Happily it means that I'm not the only one who buys entirely TOO many books for my ipad. Because it is all too easy to just click and buy, isn't it? It is! And how is a girl supposed to resist some of these amazing deals? I can't...it is just that simple. Add in the fact that I was given an Amazon gift card for Christmas and you will completely understand my lack of restraint in regards to indulging myself with a few new books. Make that a lot of books?!?! Oh well, here are just some of the books that I've added to my ipad lately:
I should probably stop buying books now and start actually reading all of these. But since one of my personal goals is to read more of my own books these actually count for that. Yay!
What bookish deals could you not pass by recently?

Filling My Kindle: Take Two
If I keep sharing posts like this you guys are going to think that I have no self control. Wait a minute. Who am I kidding?? You all should know by now that I have no self control when it comes to books :) But on a more serious note it would probably help if I was actually reading some of these books that I can't seem to stop buying. I think I need to join an e-book challenge just to get some of the lovely books that I have on my reader actually read. LOL! Who does this besides me?? I mean really....I just can't resist those stupid AMAZING daily deals on Amazon. And then I get emails from publishers telling me about more sales and I just have to peek. Because as we already established I lack the ability to tell myself no. It is entirely too easy for me. So my new goal for the year is to work on reading some of these amazing books that I can't stop buying. Since it is still January I've decided that means it is okay to add more goals for the year as I go. Here are a few of the books that I picked up for my reader lately:
I picked up On The Island as soon as I saw it was on sale thanks to Naida's review! And The Monsters of Templeton has been on my TBR list for such a long time that I couldn't resist. And the Stephen King one doesn't even need an explanation. Don't these all look amazing??? Enough talking...I need to get to reading! What have you picked up recently for you reader?

Filling My Kindle
Seeing as I will be posting this on Black Friday, I thought it would be fun to share some of the books that I have bought recently for my kindle. I will not be shopping like some of you crazy folks out there...instead I will be at work enjoying the double time. Yep, it may be no fun to work the day after the holiday but my paycheck will sure be liking it. Especially since I can't seem to stop buying books for my kindle. It is an addiction and entirely JUST TOO easy to buy books for it. Because who can say no to books for $.99 or $1.99??? I sure can't! Here are just a few of the books that I have purchased for my kindle:
I can't wait to read each and every one of these books! Never mind that No Mark Upon Her by Crombie is the 14th book in a series that I haven't even started yet. When I saw that it was on sale I snatched it up anyway. Let's face it....I just have no self control when it comes to books. Now I just need to find the time to read all of these. What books have you purchased lately???
And to all of those folks brave enough to go shopping today, I hope you have lots of fun and find a few books to purchase as well :)
