Betrayal In Death by J.D. Robb

This is an overdue review but here we go! In the next book of the In Death series, Eve is dealing with a killer for hire. The problem is for once she knows exactly who the killer is but doesn't know why he is killing the victims or who has hired him. The only clear connection seems to be Roarke. Of course this is going to cause major problems for Eve but she continues to grow in this book. I love the way Eve interacts with other characters in the book. Robb (Nora Roberts) paints a very realistic picture of Eve and allows for the reader to connect with Eve. This book was read for pleasure as I love to read this series and find the books to be a relaxing way to spend the evening. This one was just as good as the rest of the books in the series so far. I'm looking forward to the next book for sure!
My Rating: 4.25 out of 5
